About The Position

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) is seeking a Dishroom Supervisor (CS27-080) to join its Dining Services team. This position will be responsible for overseeing a dishroom and/or a kitchen pots-and-pans washing area, along with other sanitation and housekeeping duties. The role involves direct supervision of staff and student employees. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience in a food service business or institution comparable to a university food service facility performing cleaning and sanitation services.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to pass food handler's examination.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures.
• Possession of Illinois Department of Public Health Food Service Sanitation Certificate.

Responsibilities
