Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years (36 months) of food service work experience in an institutional or commercial setting.
- Current Illinois resident.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory ability and experience.
- Ability to pass food handlers examination.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures.
- Possession of Illinois Department of Public Health Food Service Management Sanitation Certificate.
Responsibilities
- Perform line supervisory duties for a food service unit within the Food Service Department under the general supervision of a Food Service Administrator.
