About The Position

The Dishwasher role ensures the restaurant stays clean as a whistle from top to bottom and ready for the next rush! Kick tail, help the service team, and keep everything stink free by washing and putting away dishes and kitchen tools, bussing tables, keeping the back of house tidy, and making sure surfaces are spotless.

Requirements

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail- there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!
• You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., be comfortable standing/walking for long periods of time, and work from floor to eye level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishwashing area and back of house by cleaning and sanitizing surfaces; while ensuring all dishes and kitchen tools are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored- so everything stays ready for action.
• Create a spotless environment by following daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Buss tables after guests leave, ensuring a polished dining space for customers.
• Keep things fresh by taking out all trash and recycling, including grease bins and boxes.
• Sweep and mop floors in the dining room, dish area, and dry storage, preventing slips and spills by making sure safety signs are visible to guests and team members.
• Wash and dry towels, keeping them clean, crisp, and ready for use.
