About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Dish Steward for the Hilton Garden Inn in Perrysburg, Ohio. The role supports restaurant operations by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking dishes and related items; maintaining the dish room and dish machine; removing garbage; and helping clean other restaurant areas as requested. This position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Remove garbage.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
