About The Position

The Discharge Coordinator at Copper Springs East coordinates discharge logistics, monitors workflow completion, facilitates communication, and supports timely patient transitions. The role does not independently determine clinical readiness for discharge, establish clinical treatment plans, or replace the responsibilities of licensed clinicians, providers, or designated discharge planners. Clinical decisions remain with appropriately authorized professionals.

Requirements

• Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Obtain CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.
