Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in confined spaces.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Must be able to work on-call rotation.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to follow instructions and safety protocols.
Must be able to document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress through daily photos and notes.
Must be able to maintain, clean, and properly store company equipment and vehicles.

Nice To Haves

Experience in disaster restoration or a related field.
IICRC certification.
Knowledge of water, fire, and mold damage mitigation techniques.
Experience with moisture mapping and drying equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform water pumping and extraction at residential and commercial job sites
Conduct mold remediation following industry safety protocols
Remove and dispose of damaged building materials
Determine water category and class; perform moisture mapping using industry equipment
Clean up after fire damage, including smoke and soot removal
Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) to industry drying standards
Document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress through daily photos and notes
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managers
Maintain, clean, and properly store company equipment and vehicles
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
Participate in on-call rotation as needed for emergency response
