Requirements

  • Ability to perform water pumping and extraction at residential and commercial job sites
  • Ability to conduct mold remediation following industry safety protocols
  • Ability to remove and dispose of damaged building materials
  • Ability to determine water category and class; perform moisture mapping using industry equipment
  • Ability to clean up after fire damage, including smoke and soot removal
  • Ability to set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) to industry drying standards
  • Ability to document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress through daily photos and notes
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managers
  • Ability to maintain, clean, and properly store company equipment and vehicles
  • Ability to follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as needed for emergency response

Responsibilities
