Requirements

Ability to perform water pumping and extraction at residential and commercial job sites
Ability to conduct mold remediation following industry safety protocols
Ability to remove and dispose of damaged building materials
Ability to determine water category and class; perform moisture mapping using industry equipment
Ability to clean up after fire damage, including smoke and soot removal
Ability to set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) to industry drying standards
Ability to document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress through daily photos and notes
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managers
Ability to maintain, clean, and properly store company equipment and vehicles
Ability to follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as needed for emergency response

Responsibilities
