The Disaster Case Manager provides comprehensive, client-centered case management services to individuals and families affected by disasters. Working under general supervision, this position assesses disaster-related unmet needs, develops individualized recovery plans, coordinates services, and connects clients with community resources to support long-term recovery. The Disaster Case Manager serves as an advocate, helping survivors navigate available assistance while promoting self-sufficiency and sustainable recovery. This is a temporary grant-funded position expected to end on or before August 2027.
