Set up equipment in preparation for startup, and responsible for remove the Aitch Bone from the ham of the animal, while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Responsible for setting up area with all needed equipment. Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent. Average training time may require 2-3 months.
