About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) for its Williamsburg Service Center. The technician performs duties related to bumper repair and vehicle disassembly and reassembly, working thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards and using state-of-the-art equipment. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour or a flag rate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.
