About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician to perform duties related to bumper repair and vehicle disassembly and reassembly. The work must be completed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards, using state-of-the-art equipment. The position is at the Service Center Williamsburg. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour or a flag rate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.
