About The Position

Associates will be responsible for the complete disassembly of engine cores. This involves using various tools such as impacts, drills, sockets, hammers, and specialized tooling to remove components like bolts, rings, seals, connector rods, and pistons. After disassembly, parts will be loaded into baskets for washing. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong hand dexterity, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (approx. 8-10 hours).
• Ability to use handheld tools such as impacts, hammers, and drills.
• Standing: 8 hrs.
• Walking: 2 hrs.
• Stooping (forward leaning): sometimes.
• Reaching/Working Overhead: sometimes.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble entire engine cores.
• Remove bolts, rings, seals, connector rods, pistons, cylinder heads, etc.
• Utilize various tools including impacts, drills, sockets, hammers, and specialized tooling.
• Load disassembled parts into baskets for washing.
• Maintain attention to detail, hand dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
