About The Position

W & W Collision Center in Demorest, GA is hiring a full-time Disassembly & Reassembly Automotive Technician. This role involves hands-on work where you can see the results of your effort every single day. The company invests in your success from day one and is ready to train the right person to thrive. As part of the mechanical team, you will disassemble and reassemble vehicles after collisions, perform repairs and installations alongside experienced technicians, and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition following OEM standards. You will also install components like radiators and condensers, and conduct calibrations, quality control checks, test drives, and final scans. The goal is to get customers safely back on the road.

Requirements

• Willingness to complete I-CAR & other training
• Physical ability to lift/manage 70+ lbs and perform shop tasks
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• No experience needed

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles after collisions
• Perform repairs and installations alongside experienced technicians
