About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to perform duties related to bumper repair and vehicle disassembly and reassembly. Work must be completed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards, using state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Be able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.

• Perform bumper repair and vehicle disassembly and reassembly thoroughly, safely, and profitably.
• Follow Caliber and OEM standards while using the provided equipment.
