About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) to perform duties related to bumper repair and vehicle disassembly and reassembly. Work must be completed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards, using state-of-the-art equipment. The position is at the Service Center Wooster - North.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.
