About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Disassemble & Reassemble Technician (DRT) for its Harker Heights Service Center. The technician performs duties related to bumper repair and the disassembly and reassembly of vehicles, working thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards and using state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience tearing down and reassembling vehicles.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience.
• Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to bumper repair.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles thoroughly and safely in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
• Use the service center’s equipment to complete repair work.
