About The Position
This is a Program Manager position in the Antelope Valley area, focusing on managing a caseload of 10-15 individuals with developmental disabilities. The role is titled QATC (Quality Assurance Training and Coordination), emphasizing quality care, training, and coordination of support for individuals. The company is a leading care provider for adults with developmental disabilities in Southern California.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

- Bilingual is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Train Staff
- Ensure service quality
- Monitor daily and monthly documentation and timekeeping
- Facilitate regular meetings with individuals and staff
- Communicate with circles of support
- Attending meetings with service coordinators
- Maintain open communication with Regional Center and service coordinators
- Cover open shifts if necessary
- Communicate with, and monitor staff to ensure the quality of care
