About The Position

We are looking for a compassionate and inspiring Quality Assurance Training and Coordination (QATC) Program Manager to manage a caseload of 10-15 individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves coordinating quality person-centered care through effective training and coordination of staff. The ideal candidate will be a caring individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is passionate about making a positive impact in the community by empowering others to thrive.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset
Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments
Effective time management
Leadership and/or Management experience
Excellent communication and listening skills
Someone who is able to adapt to change in fast paced environments
Someone who is self motivated and resilient
Someone who can support others and work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Has Management / Supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

Train Staff
Ensure Service Quality
Monitor Daily and Monthly documentation and timekeeping
Facilitate regular meetings with individuals and staff
Communicate with circles of support
Attend meetings with service coordinators
Maintain open communication with Regional Center and service coordinators
Cover open Shifts if necessary
Communicate with and monitor staff to ensure the quality of care and service we provide to participants
