About The Position
This role involves assessing individuals to determine eligibility for home and community-based services that promote greater independence and wellbeing. This is a field-based remote position which will primarily allow you to work from home. Travel is required throughout the Twin Falls metro area and Magic Valley Region in South Central Idaho (up to 25%). You may work Monday through Friday during daytime hours. You may also flex your schedule into the evening and weekends. Traditional full-time schedules and flexible part-time schedules are offered.
Requirements
- Experience supporting people who are living with autism or developmental disabilities
Responsibilities
- Leading virtual and in-person meetings with children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism
- Speaking with family members, guardians, and caregivers
- Administering structured assessments
- Completing reports
