About The Position

This role involves assessing individuals to determine eligibility for home and community-based services that promote greater independence and wellbeing. This is a field-based remote position which will primarily allow you to work from home. Travel is required throughout Nampa, Canyon County, and nearby counties in Idaho (up to 25%).

Requirements

  • Professional or personal experience supporting people who are living with disabilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet goals with high degree of autonomy
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant work experience
  • Experience supporting people who are living with autism or developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

  • Leading virtual and in-person meetings with children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism
  • Speaking with family members, guardians, and caregivers
  • Administering structured assessments
  • Completing reports
