These permanent part-time positions in Ringwood involve supporting people with disability to live life on their own terms. To provide best support the successful candidates will have experience working with behaviours of concern and regular manual handing tasks. You will be a dedicated and compassionate female support worker who is passionate about active support and helping people achieve their goals and dreams. You must be able to commit to one the set permanent part time rosters below. Roster Split 40:30/38:30 which includes sleepover shifts and short morning and afternoon shifts.

Requirements

  • Experience with behaviours of concern
  • Confidence and experience in providing personal care
  • Experience in manual handling
  • A commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs, skills, abilities and personal goals of people with disabilities.
  • Ability to develop a positive relationship with clients and to support their Individual Personal Plan.
  • Cert IV in Disability or similar
  • A current Senior First Aid (level 2) Certificate.
  • A current unrestricted Driver Licence and willingness to drive a company van.
