Responsibilities

  • Support senior leadership in developing and executing strategic priorities across the MHC ecosystem.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives consistent with the company's mission and values.
  • Contribute to capital allocation analysis and strategic investment decision-making across portfolio companies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment among subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
  • Oversee or support the operations of assigned business units or strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Lead or assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor financial health, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to promote sustainable operations.
  • Implement effective processes, governance structures, and performance management frameworks.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Human Resources on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Champion the company's mission-driven culture and values across direct reports and broader organizational touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, investors, and regulatory bodies as appropriate.
  • Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements relevant to the role.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
  • Perform duties commensurate with the position and such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
