Responsibilities

Support senior leadership in developing and executing strategic priorities across the MHC ecosystem.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives consistent with the company's mission and values.
Contribute to capital allocation analysis and strategic investment decision-making across portfolio companies.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment among subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
Oversee or support the operations of assigned business units or strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
Lead or assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting.
Monitor financial health, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to promote sustainable operations.
Implement effective processes, governance structures, and performance management frameworks.
Build, mentor, and manage a team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Human Resources on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Champion the company's mission-driven culture and values across direct reports and broader organizational touchpoints.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, investors, and regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements relevant to the role.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
Perform duties commensurate with the position and such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
