Proofpoint is hiring a Director of WW Sales Enablement Programs to lead how we onboard, develop, and scale our global go-to-market team. This role requires a clear vision for the future of enablement and the ability to execute on it, embedding AI into content creation and delivery, integrating learning into the seller’s workflow, and building programs that keep pace with a rapidly evolving business. You'll lead the global team while serving as the dedicated business partner to North America, owning both our NAM and Global programs. Working closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Sales Operations and cross functional teams, you’ll make enablement a real driver of seller readiness and revenue performance. As a player/coach, you will execute on Proofpoint’s vision for AI-powered enablement while staying close enough to the work to help build it.
