About The Position
HCT has an immediate need for an Interim Director of Women & Children's Services at a 100+ bed hospital in Kansas. You will coordinate and direct patient care for the Women & Children's services line to include OB, Peds, NICU, Labor & Delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Women and Children’s Services
- Proven track record of success in improving patient and staff satisfaction
- High degree of clinical proficiency
- Effective leadership skills
- KS RN or Compact RN license required
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred
- EMR (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite preferred
