Visa is seeking a Director, Sales Enablement & Training to join Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) organization and drive training and enablement programs designed to meet the goals of Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you will directly manage individuals responsible for deploying strategic sales programs tailored to effectively position Visa’s products and solutions within the five regions Visa operates in. You will manage a global calendar of highly matrixed sales motions aligned to regional priorities, build flexible training frameworks and tools to meet desired goals. You will proactively collect and package best practices and communicate insights out to key stakeholders and sales leaders across Visa. The ideal candidate brings a blend of training expertise, project management skills, sales acumen, and leadership, with the energy and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners – including GTM Leaders, Visa University, Global Sales and Commercial Operations, Solution Management Marketing, and Sales Excellence leads – to build and deliver consistent, high-impact and comprehensive enablement frameworks designed to be customized and deployed by your employees within the regions.
