About The Position

The Value Added Services (VAS) Director CARCAM will be responsible for the sustainable growth and outcome of the Value-added service driver, ensuring Accelerate + challenges including finance, insurance, spare parts and NEV opportunities of Inchcape CARCAM Cluster. This role is tasked with developing programs and products that link the VAS business virtuously to maximize Customer and car Lifetime Value. The position is based in Panama and is eligible for the benefits defined in the international mobility policy (Employee Initiated).

Requirements

10+ years of experience in commercial areas, business development, or product management.
At least 6 years in leadership roles (management or director level).
Experience in industries with complementary service or ecosystem-based business models.
Experience in developing and implementing Value-Added Services (VAS) strategies.
Commercial, financial, negotiation, leadership, impact and influence skills
Strategic and holistic view. Innovation and creative thinking.
English – Advanced.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Finance & Insurance business results across the CARCAM Cluster.
Developing brand and network commercial strategies and leading relationship in Finance and Insurance and strategic negotiations with financial entities, designing strategies to maximize finance penetration, improving profit per deal and renewals (where applicable).
Responsible for the spare parts business ensuring growth, profitability, product development, brand position and OEM relationship, to maximize Customer and Car Lifetime Value.
Responsible for increasing retention in aftersales through product development and commercial strategies.
Responsible for increasing repurchase through commercial strategies.
Responsible for developing NEV opportunities.
