About The Position

The Director, US Patient Marketing, Rare Neurology, gMG is a member of the commercial brand team and will play a critical role in developing and driving strategy and tactics for patient and caregiver engagement. This individual will report to Sr. Director , gMG Patient Marketing and will work collaboratively with the rest of the brand team . This position will play a critical role in collaborating to drive consumer engagement strategies and tactics, within an evolving competitive gMG market. You will be responsible for : Contribut ing to the creation and implementation of the gMG patient marketing strategy, including tactics and budget allocation Lead ing creation and execution of innovative patient education tactics to support patient aquisition and retention Driv ing development and implementation of core marketing initiatives focusing on patient activation, driving greater awareness of the disease burden, and advocating for oneself Partner ing with commercial insights to conduct highly innovative research and analytics to help identify key dynamics Deliver ing multi-channel patient promotional platforms and identifying optimized marketing mix Developing and maintaining strong relationships with other functional areas and internal strategic partners (i.e., Patient Services, Patient Advocacy, Market Research , Omnichannel , Analytics, Training, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, etc.) Managing agency partners, project timelines, resources, and budgets The duties of this role are generally conducted in the Boston Seaport office environment.  As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought , analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field
  • 10 + years of professional experience; prefer patient marketing, agency, or health care experience
  • Extensive consumer marketing experience, including creative development , production and media planning for DTC TV /video , digital and point-of-care
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate , in teams and as a sub-team lead
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to collaborate in a matrix environment
  • High level of interpersonal skills and highly adept in both verbal & written communication
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Drug or DTC campaign l aunch experience
  • Diverse pharma or biotech commercial experience in a variety of roles
  • Prior experience in highly competitive markets
  • Rare disease , specialty , or high-value biologics experience
  • Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA)

Benefits

  • Annual base salary for this position ranges from $ 193,898.40 - 290,847.60 USD Annua l

The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations. The base pay offered will vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, and other specific business and organizational needs. In some cases, offers outside the range may also be considered to address unique circumstances. In addition, our permanent positions offer an annual Variable Pay Bonus/Short Term Incentive opportunity as well as eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (if applicable to role). Benefits offered for permanent roles include a competitive Flex Benefits & Retirement Savings Program, 4 weeks’ paid vacation, and annual Personal Days.
