Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, executive leadership support, consulting, professional services management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related discipline with JD or MBA preferred.
  • Exceptional business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive results through influence and collaboration.
  • Executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Experience in a law firm, professional services organization, consulting environment, or similarly complex business setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the Co-US Managing Partners to advance strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives that span practices, offices, and business services functions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that inform executive decision-making.
  • Monitor operational and financial performance, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and drive action.
  • Translate strategy into execution by coordinating complex projects and holding stakeholders accountable for results.
  • Develop executive communications, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership audiences.
  • Serve as a key connector across firm leadership, facilitating alignment, collaboration, and effective decision-making.
  • Support transformational initiatives, organizational change efforts, and integration activities across the U.S. business.
