About the role… We are looking to add an exceptional and experienced leader to join our Strategy & Operations team as a Director. Reporting directly to the COO, this individual will be a driving force behind the company's most impactful initiatives. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to tackle complex business challenges, develop and execute strategic plans, and oversee high-priority projects that enable scalable growth. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8-10+ years of professional experience, including management consulting, finance, or strategy & operations roles at a high-growth startup or SaaS company.
Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
Outstanding analytical skills and a data-driven approach, with expertise in translating insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and influence abilities, with experience presenting to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Hands-on mindset: you’re willing to dive into the details and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead High-Impact Initiatives: As a critical member of the Strategy & Operations team, you will own the development, execution, and success of company-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Partner with Leadership: Collaborate closely with ShopMy's senior leadership to address key business challenges, provide data-driven insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and optimize processes to enhance business operations, streamline workflows, and support scalable growth.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Identify areas of opportunity through in-depth analysis, validate hypotheses, and propose forward-thinking solutions to drive results.
Project Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of mission-critical projects, from initial concept and planning to implementation and performance evaluation.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives.
Mentor and Influence: Serve as a mentor to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Or is this person managing the team??
