About The Position

The Director - Transaction Processing oversees the Payroll and Accounts Payable functions for the John Muir Health System. He/she trains and manages staff, and reviews/finalizes all Federal/State required forms. The Director updates and maintains the Payroll/AP computer systems, processes executive payroll and monitors policies and procedures compliance.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• 5 years Accounting - Payroll
• 2 years Management - Supervisory Position
• 3 years Accounting - Accounts Payable
• Accounting - Payroll/AP Systems
• Knowledge of the current State and Federal payroll regulations
• Knowledge of Sales Use tax laws and W9/1099 regulations
• Microsoft Excel/Word skills
