About The Position

The Director, Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) for Legal leads the technical design and quality of solutions that combine Thomson Reuters legal content and technology with strategic partners’ platforms. The role establishes architecture standards and ensures partner offerings are appropriately scoped, secure, and ready to sell before commitments are made to customers. It works across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal theater leaders to turn partnership opportunities into adoptable customer solutions. The Director leads a team of solutions architects, guides technical due diligence on partners, and serves as a trusted technical contact in discussions with partner executives. The role defines reference architectures and integration patterns, assesses partner platforms and AI capabilities, leads customer discovery and solution workshops, and supports proofs of concept and complex sales. It aligns product roadmaps and engineering delivery with partner commitments, establishes success criteria and health metrics, addresses escalations, and recommends whether offerings should be scaled, fixed, or retired. It also sets team goals, develops team members, and builds reusable architecture standards and shared knowledge across the Legal theater.
