About The Position

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Technology Architecture to lead a team of Partner Technology Architects serving global and strategic partners. As a first-line people leader, this role builds and develops a high-performing team that supports partner growth through pre-sales technical excellence, solution strategy, business development, and AI-first technology adoption. It oversees partner-led opportunities and solution development, promotes responsible AI adoption, and coordinates across internal teams to provide a unified partner experience.
