About The Position

This role is for a Director - Technology & Digital Transformation at Foliot Furniture, a fast-growing international manufacturing organization with over 600 employees. The company is seeking a leader to leverage technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence as drivers of growth. The position involves transforming the organization's operational performance, modernizing work processes, and building technological foundations for future growth. The ambition is to make technology, innovation, and AI key drivers of performance, growth, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology.
• Proven experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Experience managing transformation projects.
• Experience managing budgets, including both CAPEX and OPEX.
• Experience with, or deep understanding of, cybersecurity, data governance, and artificial intelligence.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience (or another large-scale ERP system) in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

• Build and develop the IT team.
• Ensure the stability and performance of our technology environment.
• Make IT a true business partner: keeping our plants running and helping sales teams succeed.
• Modernize our systems, data infrastructure, and business processes.
• Develop practical use cases for artificial intelligence and automation.
• Reduce technical debt by strengthening cybersecurity, resilience, and business continuity.
• Engage and inspire the IT team while guiding the organization through its transformation journey.
• Turn technology and data into a sustainable competitive advantage.
