About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in technical program management, with a minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of technology, software development, and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of successfully aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Proficiency in program management software and tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering or product management experience is a plus.
  • Experience leading TPM teams at a fintech or tech company.
  • Hands-on experience using AI to drive efficiency in program planning, monitoring, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Technical Program Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and career development plans for team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in technical program management and governance methodologies and practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Work with your team to communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Oversee program risk management, issue resolution, and escalation procedures. Lead your team to identify and resolve trade-offs and blockers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align program objectives with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Help management forecast and mitigate potential capacity issues and define resourcing models to meet our strategic goals.
