About The Position

The Director, Technical Architecture and Development is a right hand to Neocol’s Managing Director of Technical Architecture and Development, sharing responsibility for leading architects and developers. The role sets technical direction on client engagements, keeps delivery on track, drives internal initiatives, and develops team members. The director takes ownership of assigned areas and sees them through independently. This role is suited to an experienced consulting architect ready to step into director-level leadership. Approximately half of the time is billable, involving hands-on architecture work and technical oversight across one or more client engagements. The remaining time is focused on pre-sales leadership, internal initiatives, and team leadership. The director works across delivery teams and portfolios, with teams expected to roll up to this role as the practice grows. Neocol partners with subscription businesses to address complex challenges and support scalable growth. As a Salesforce Summit Partner, it brings expertise in Agentforce Revenue Management and the broader Salesforce ecosystem. The company emphasizes proven playbooks, accelerators, delivery models, expertise, curiosity, ownership, and measurable impact in the subscription economy. Neocol describes its culture as inclusive and people-first, supported by employee-led ERGs, mentorship, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, flexibility, and continuous learning. The company is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants and employees as required by law.
