About The Position
We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our healthcare system. In this pivotal leadership role, you will align our sourcing and onboarding operations with our broader business objectives, ensuring we attract top-tier clinical and support professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Eight years Human Resources experience, including at least five years management/leadership experience in workforce planning and recruitment.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Predominant experience in the Health Care industry.
- Strategic Planning experience specific to workforce planning and sourcing.
