This position is instrumental in building the department in concert with senior leadership, centers of excellence, and broader People Services teams (i.e. Human Resources, Compensation, etc.). Our most successful talent acquisition leaders have the business acumen, process and performance management skills and the managerial courage to drive exceptional metrics that deliver value to both our hiring partners and ultimately reflect in the lives of our patients. The Director, Talent Acquisition will lead an exceptional team of talent acquisition professionals who are filling critical field positions such as patient care technicians, registered nurses, and clinical leadership. They will partner with field operational leaders (Directors and VPs) to align on talent acquisition strategies and outcomes to ensure the team is meeting business needs to support patient care. This role works remotely, driving strategic initiatives for executing approximately 3000 hires per year.
