About The Position

Credo is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruiting efforts during a period of growth and expansion across international regions. This role will be responsible for setting the talent acquisition strategy, building strong recruiting capabilities across regions, and partnering closely with senior leaders to attract top talent worldwide. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can balance strategic vision with operational execution, while building a high‑performing, inclusive recruiting function that reflects Credo’s values and growth ambitions. Base salary range is $200,000-250,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership of multi-national recruiting teams and scaling recruiting operations in fast-growing or technology-driven organizations
  • Deeply fluent in recruiting technologies, data and analytics
  • Strong partnership skills with senior leadership, with demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead through change
  • 5+years experience supporting technical, engineering, and leadership hiring at scale
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building highly successful campus/early career programs
  • Semiconductor, hardware, or deep tech hiring experience
  • Experience supporting global expansion and/or acquisition integration strongly preferred
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing strategies for highly technical, passive talent pools

Responsibilities

  • Lead Credo’s multi-national talent acquisition strategy, aligning near‑term hiring needs with long‑term growth, expansion, and acquisition plans
  • Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing, multi‑geography recruiting organization with clear operating rhythms, service level agreements, and performance metrics
  • Partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and Finance to drive workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and business‑aligned talent priorities
  • Partner with the PeopleOperations & Technology Team to embed AI and automation across the hiring lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to workflows and decision‑making—to increase speed, consistency, and scale
  • Own the integrity, structure, and accessibility of recruiting data across systems, using insights to improve hiring outcomes, time‑to‑fill, and talent quality
  • Establish scalable recruiting processes, tools, frameworks, and metrics that elevate interview quality, decision‑making, and candidate experience
  • Design, scale, and evolve internship and early career programs, expanding campus partnerships and building sustainable pipelines for future talent
  • Drive consistent, high‑quality candidate experiences across all roles, regions, and stages of the hiring process
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent market positioning globally by translatingCredo's employee value proposition into compelling recruiting messages that attract key talent
  • Ensure recruiting practices align with Credo’s values, performance philosophy, and commitment to fairness and inclusion, as well as comply with local labor laws, data privacy requirements, and regional hiring regulations
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies
