Credo is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruiting efforts during a period of growth and expansion across international regions. This role will be responsible for setting the talent acquisition strategy, building strong recruiting capabilities across regions, and partnering closely with senior leaders to attract top talent worldwide. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can balance strategic vision with operational execution, while building a high‑performing, inclusive recruiting function that reflects Credo’s values and growth ambitions. Base salary range is $200,000-250,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location.
