About The Position

Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center, a 834-bed acute care facility serving Las Vegas and the Southwest region for nearly 60 years, is seeking a Director of Surgical Services. This facility is the largest acute care facility in Nevada and the only one with a fresh post-op Pediatric CICU. It also boasts an advanced comprehensive stroke center. The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care through the oversight of unit/department functions and staffing, as well as forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. This role fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration, supporting the development and implementation of strategies and policies aligned with facility objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• 1+ years of recent acute care Director of Surgical Services experience required
• 3+ years applicable experience in acute care Surgical Services required
