  • Use structured performance reviews and root-cause problem solving to improve on-time delivery, order fill, service-parts availability, and customer communication.
  • Develop an integrated inventory strategy that segments products and materials by demand, service needs, supply risk, and lifecycle stage, and establishes appropriate stocking and positioning policies.
  • Balance working capital, days of supply, excess and obsolete exposure, and customer-service requirements; connect inventory decisions to SIOP, capacity, sourcing, and service outcomes.
  • Lead inventory governance, entitlement and safety-stock reviews, excess and obsolete prevention and disposition, inventory balancing, and financial forecasting in partnership with Finance and operations.
  • Lead, develop, and retain the supply-chain team; clarify roles, build succession and functional depth, and align talent and capacity to the division roadmap.
