About The Position

The Coca-Cola North America Supply Chain is responsible for producing and delivering finished beverage products to bottlers and customers across the US and Canada. This includes Hydration, Chilled, and Foodservice products. The supply chain comprises owned manufacturing assets, co-manufacturing partnerships, a network of warehouses, and contracted freight carriers. The Supply Chain Team balances daily operational responsibilities with cost management, innovation support, and infrastructure evolution to maintain competitive advantage. The Supply Chain Strategy Team focuses on strategic supply chain questions in North America, including network and infrastructure design, production partnership strategy, and transformational capability enhancement. Each team member typically leads or supports 2-3 major projects at a time, along with ongoing advisory and strategy support for a business segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strategy and project management experience.
  • 5+ years of diversified operating and PMO experience.
  • Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills.
  • Advanced quantitative ability (Excel modeling) and financial acumen.
  • Must have a "consulting skillset" – able to quickly learn opportunities/constraints/consideration factors for each part of the business.
  • Must be able to break down complex problems with pragmatic structures.
  • Must have ability to lead through influence (vs direct authority) while maintaining a broad “general management” purview.
  • Core requirements include advanced financial/analytical acumen and concise/executive communication skills.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Consultant background strongly preferred.
  • Supply chain experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in software/IT space is a minor consideration only.

Responsibilities

  • Lead major transformation initiatives from ideation through final decision alignment and handoff to the execution team.
  • Develop strategy, identify opportunities, evaluate options, conduct analysis, and make recommendations.
  • Align stakeholders and provide decision-making support, including steering committee stewardship and business case development/representation.
  • Manage the handoff to the execution team upon completion of legal agreements and final internal decisions.
  • Provide ongoing support through implementation as appropriate.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through influence, harnessing expertise of various SMEs.
  • Create materials required to align senior leadership on key decisions.
  • Perform financial and operational analysis (Excel-based).
  • Define, interpret, and utilize analyses performed by other SMEs.
  • Involve in external deal negotiations, including leadership of large production contracts and M&A transactions.
  • Partner with internal supply chain operations, technical, brand, commercial, customer, and bottler teams to develop solutions optimized for total system impact.
