The Director, Strategy & Marketing Management sits at an exciting intersection where data meets storytelling and the sharp analysis shapes how Marketing’s performance and competitive standing are understood at the highest levels of RBC Personal Banking. Reporting to the Head, Strategy & Planning, and working in close support of the CMO, Personal Banking, this individual plays a key role across two interconnected pillars: leading the intelligence-gathering and narrative that drives Marketing’s Quarterly Business Reviews with the Group Head, Personal Banking; and maintaining a sharp, always-current view of the competitive landscape.
