About The Position

We are looking for a qualified, versatile Strategy and Planning director who has experience developing the strategic direction for a team or organization and has worked with leaders to build consensus around shared priorities, milestones and measures, and accountability.

Requirements

Over 10 years of experience spanning strategy and business leadership roles consistently driving results through a data-driven and outcome-oriented approach.
Intellectual curiosity and desire to understand and define drivers of business success.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, as well as to adapt to rapid changes in information, process, and direction.
Highly organized, with a consistent track record to prioritize work.
Deep expertise in business management routines and practices, associate engagement, messaging, content creation and leadership insights.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work across the organization.
