About The Position

We are looking for a qualified, versatile Strategy and Planning director who has experience developing the strategic direction for a team or organization and has worked with leaders to build consensus around shared priorities, milestones and measures, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience spanning strategy and business leadership roles consistently driving results through a data-driven and outcome-oriented approach.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to understand and define drivers of business success.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, as well as to adapt to rapid changes in information, process, and direction.
  • Highly organized, with a consistent track record to prioritize work.
  • Deep expertise in business management routines and practices, associate engagement, messaging, content creation and leadership insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work across the organization.
