The Director, Strategic Initiatives – Human Rights and Livelihoods leads strategy, design, and execution of high-impact initiatives that improve conditions for workers and producers across global supply chains, while integrating environmental sustainability into livelihoods and production systems. This role sits at the intersection of human rights, livelihoods, and resilient production systems, with particular focus on agriculture and produce supply chains. The Director serves as an integrator for the enterprise approach for Human Rights and Livelihoods, leads a philanthropic investment portfolio, and serves as a strategic advisor to key business partners—translating enterprise commitments into practical, scalable strategies, partnerships, and measurable impact. We work to reshape systems to deliver durable improvements for people and the planet—driving shared value with the business while catalyzing broader sector change through philanthropy. This is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role, requiring strong conceptual thinking, comfort with complexity, and a bias toward action. This role provides portfolio‑level direction and coherence across the Human Rights & Livelihoods body of work, working closely with other team members who own strategy and execution within defined systems and geographies.
