IT Director, Strategic Initiatives
About The Position
The IT Strategic Initiatives Leader will work to drive a portfolio of cross-functional programs focused on delivering critical business outcomes for Honeywell’s Process Technology SBG. The leader will partner closely with the PT IT M&A Integration Leader to support planning, governance, execution, and value realization across inorganic growth opportunities including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. The role will lead value realization and enablement workstreams throughout the lifecycle of these activities and be responsible for delivering results through strong execution against the value thesis. In addition, this leader will work cross-business to develop PT IT’s strategic 3-5-year plan (budget, benefits, core pillars). The leader will drive governance and strategy deployment activities under this plan including workshops, action plans, and metrics reviews to ensure IT delivers on its business commitments. This leader will report to the Sr. Director of Business Transformation and IT Strategy and will work closely with the Process Technology Chief Information Officer and other executive stakeholders. Requirements
- Experience driving a portfolio of cross-functional programs.
- Experience supporting planning, governance, execution, and value realization for inorganic growth opportunities (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures).
- Experience leading value realization and enablement workstreams.
- Experience developing strategic 3-5-year plans.
- Experience driving governance and strategy deployment activities.
- Strong execution skills.
