Director, Strategic Finance

Junction
•$170,000 - $220,000•Remote

About The Position

Junction is hiring its first dedicated finance leader to build and own the finance function at an early-stage healthcare technology company. The Director, Strategic Finance will work directly with the CEO and leaders across the company to understand business performance, identify opportunities, and shape decisions that support growth. The role combines strategic analysis with hands-on execution, including financial planning and reporting, finance operations, and oversight of external bookkeeping, accounting, and tax partners. The successful candidate will establish financial models, budgets, forecasts, reporting, KPIs, processes, tools, and controls to support Junction as it scales. They will connect financial performance to commercial and operational drivers, inform decisions about growth, pricing, investment, and resource allocation, and help build a reliable finance function that reduces founder dependency. The company is remote-first and hires only candidates physically based in GMT or EST time zones. Visa sponsorship is not currently available.
