About The Position

Triumph is hiring its first dedicated Director of Strategic Finance to build the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and planning function. Reporting to the CFO, this hands-on role will partner with leadership to translate growth into financial plans, provide teams with decision-supporting analysis, and establish processes suited to the company’s scale. The role will initially hire an analyst and may grow the Strategic Finance team as Triumph scales. The Director will create and lead the annual operating plan, budget, rolling forecast, and 12–24 month outlook; build and maintain a three-statement model; connect headcount plans and financial results; and provide analysis and reporting for business leaders, executives, the board, and investors. The role will also establish finance infrastructure by selecting and implementing planning and BI tools, connecting them to company data, replacing manual spreadsheet workflows, and partnering with Accounting to ensure actuals are accurate and timely. The position is based at Triumph’s headquarters at Levi’s Plaza in San Francisco. The team gathers there five days a week.
