As the Director, Strategic Client Relations you will be responsible for the effective management of relationships of employer-sponsored (client) accounts. Your main focus will be to enhance and build upon existing relationships resulting in client retention and growth. You may also be responsible for successfully launching new client business. This position is remote and often involves travel to meet with clients. This is a remote position based in the United States. Only candidates residing in the greater New York metro or New England area, and willing to travel to the region as needed for in-person meetings, will be considered.
