Serve as a critical role in the total customer experience, working to expand and retain the company’s largest and most strategic business relationships and work across business lines within your assigned accounts and cross functionally within the company. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement Continuous Improvement Roadmaps (CIR) and Strategic Growth Plans for your assigned accounts Achieve revenue and EBITDA growth targets through rate, accessorial capture and new storage contracts Identify and pursue new business opportunities and products including transportation, greenfield/expansion and brokerage solutions Increase customer retention and profitability by identifying strategic opportunities to reduce waste, seamlessly on-board new business, manage compliance to Key Performance Indicators that allow the right to grow with your assigned accounts Follow the appropriate Salesforce, MH and Lean methodologies to execute the Lineage account management strategy with customers Focus on customer retention and satisfaction across all facilities and lines of business Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts and provide volume forecasts to operations business partners Expand areas of focus to global opportunities and growth with assigned customers Demonstrate keen collaboration and communication with functional leaders and executive management to identify, secure and onboard new customer opportunities ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES) Bachelor’s degree+ in related field or related experience 7-10 years account management, business development, or sales-related field experience Respected logistics, transportation and/or cold chain industry leader with strong market credibility gained through integrity when interacting with key stakeholders Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com usage Proficient analytical skills to develop business cases, rate agreements and other key business documents Experience with a regimented Continuous Improvement Structure and process mentality Experience in contract negotiation, navigating complex organizations, and demonstrated success in meeting sales and growth goals Experience in working with C-level and other executive leadership positions Ability to travel up to 50% Why Lineage?
