About The Position

The role performs analysis for key business decisions and strategic initiatives. Prepares the analytics for sales, investment performance, and products across the Wealth and Distribution areas. This job develops, implements, and supports business analytics initiatives and projects that extract key insights from relevant data sets to provide market insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, delivering actionable insights and strategic performance views to support executive decision-making
SQL proficiency
Tableau proficiency

7+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, delivering actionable insights and strategic performance views to support executive decision-making
University Degree in Business/Data Analytics, Data Science, or Finance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated and comfortable assuming responsibility

Responsibilities

Leverage external market data, trends, business model, and other data sources to develops actionable insights and recommendations for management
Lead team to perform analytics in support of key business and strategic decisions
Liaise with Business Leaders and present to senior management on results and analytical insights
Creates and distributes analytical reports based on findings through analysis and modeling efforts
Uses data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making
